Follow Me Mode

Robera Pro will automatically track and follow you as you walk across the golf course. With advanced AI and sensors, it maintains a consistent distance, ensuring that your clubs are always within reach. This hands-free operation enhances convenience, allowing you to fully enjoy your game without worrying about your caddy.

Marching Mode

In this mode, the Robera Pro leads the way, moving ahead of you in a reverse follow. It's particularly useful for navigating slopes or narrow paths, where you may want the cart to move in front of you to clear the way. This feature offers flexibility and control, adapting to various terrains while keeping your hands free for other tasks.

Speed Control Mode

In Speed Control mode, you can set a fixed speed by adjusting the rotary knob while you walk, and Robera will follow you ahead as if you were pushing it automatically and without contact. This greatly reduces the effort needed, making it easier to move the cart.

Very Good Machine

I did a ton of study (wrote a 7 page how to buy guide) but ultimately could not resist the cutting edge tech of Robera Pro (the follow me mode, geo fencing and gestures to name a few). Now used it 10 rounds and compared to my second choice which a buddy bought.

Robera's follow me mode is better than the next best alternative. It follows consistently, and in a straight line, and is smoother than the Canadian brand. It does downhill in a smooth motion, not stop/skid, stop/skid like the Canadian brand. The gesture command to take it out of Follow and into Brake mode is superb. Way better than the competition. The fact that you do not need line of sight to the remove (unlike the competition) is also a huge plus in practice, as is not needing a remote to put it on park mode.

Robera is not the best climbing/high terrain, but quite serviceable. It only does 25 degrees v. 40 degrees (not an issue for me) but it spins wheels on wetter grass or steeper hills when the competitor does not. For the most part, going in remote control mode solves these issues as it generally has enough speed in remote mode to get up these hills, but still a minor annoyance.

Marching mode and hazard geo fencing are both a little overrated and not terribly useful in real life. Marching mode is hard to control in practice, doesn't really go in a straight line, and walking left to go right and vice versa is just weird. If you want/like the cart in front of you, it's easier to just use the remote control. Geo Fencing works if you remember to turn it on in the iOS app, but honestly you are not going to drive close to bunkers or lakes. Better to have as a fail safe, but not really necessary.

The battery on Robera Pro is NOT great. One four hour round consistently takes it from 5 bars to 2 bars (each supposed to be 20 percent), and I wold NOT feel at all comfortable trying to get 36 holes out of it. The Canadian competitor was not even one bar less for the exact same round. Robera needs to fix this.

My one customer service experience was shockingly good. Did not expect that.

Bottom line: this is close to, if not, the cutting edge of current tech for commercially available (not Kickstarter) carts. The follow me mode is flawless and better than the competition--even before accounting for gesture control which makes it head and shoulders better. Remote is quite intuitive (unlike the Candadian brand) and has better range too. Robera doesn't fold as small, but it's not terrible on size either. Battery needs improving, especially if they are claiming it can go 8 hours (or 36 holes). It can probably do 36 holes if it's a 3 hour round for 18. You're paying for a follow me cart, and this one is the best/easiest to use in follow mode or remote mode.

Fantastic Cart

I've had my Robera for about six weeks and it has been awesome. Using in follow mode for a hands free round is a game changer for me. I walk close to 45 rounds a year and love my Robera. It gets a ton of looks and questions. Will soon be the go to on the course for many.

Robera pro in Hawaii

I've use my for months now. The only problem I've encountered was sometimes it thinks the cart path is a hazard and it will stop following me. Sometimes when on the course and the fairways are just cut the wheels don't get enough traction. Other than that it works great. The remote function is awesome. I only use that function when I'm not carrying a drink in my hand. Battery life is great I can say it's get me 2 full rounds of golf no problem. The marching function is not the greatest seems a bit to slow moving forward but it works. I live in Hawaii so most of our golf courses are flat but it will still works on more challenging courses. Many people ask me about it and I told them I got it on kickstarter.com. I told them to look out for the second version. Mines works so well I might buy the newer version when releases. If anyone has questions feel free to ask me.

Robera Pro erster Test in Deutschland

Liebe deutschsprachigen Golfer.

Robera Pro Arrived

Construction seems solid. I have only run in the yard, but very easy to handle as a remote or in follow mode. The hand gestures and distance to signal I am still trying to figure out, but overall I am very happy with the unit. Once the weather breaks, I will test on the course. I foresee using the follow mode most on the course, but we will see once it gets warm.
