How many modes does the Robera Pro golf caddy have?
The Robera Pro offers four distinct working modes to suit every golfer's needs.
Follow Mode: The ultimate hands-free experience. The trolley automatically follows you as you walk, maintaining a consistent following distance of 1-5 meters.
Marching Mode: Take command from behind. The trolley moves ahead of you, allowing you to easily guide its direction and keep it in your line of sight at all times.
Speed Control Mode: Effortlessly navigate with a powered push. There are 9 speeds to set, depending on your individual walking needs. H0 is for standard manual pushing, while H1-H9 offers varying levels of power-assist. For your safety, you must keep your hands on the handle when using any power-assist setting.
Remote Mode: Control your trolley from a distance of over 100 meters. The STOP button is always active for immediate use. To prevent accidental operation, the remote automatically locks after 300 seconds of inactivity. The trolley will also automatically stop if it moves out of the remote's range.
How do I switch to pushing Robera by hand?
If you prefer to hold the handle and push the cart, use the speed control mode:Turn the knob left to activate 'Cruise Assisted' for speed control mode. Turn right to choose H1 to H9 speed levels based on your pace. Robera ensures smooth movement on the golf course, maintaining speed. For slower speeds (H1-H2, 0.4–0.8 MPH), grip the handle to maneuver easily.

Robera Pro keeps moving too close when I'm about to swing. How do I stop it from getting in the way?
Before you step up to the ball, raise an open palm toward the caddy or press the Pause button on your remote. Either action immediately freezes the Follow function — Robera Pro will hold its position until you resume it.

How to Know When the Robera Al Golf Cart Battery is Fully Charged ?
For optimal performance during initial use, it is recommended to fully charge the battery. The charging LED indicator will turn green once the battery is fully charged.
The battery level is displayed using a 4-bar indicator, with each bar representing 25% of the total battery capacity.
Here’s how to interpret the battery levels:
1 bar: 25% battery remaining
2 bars: 50% battery remaining
3 bars: 75% battery remaining
4 bars: 100% battery (fully charged)
Ensure your device is always ready for use by monitoring the battery indicator and charging as needed.

Does Robera Pro stop at the putting green?
No, it cannot. Some green areas are restricted, and Robera is not allowed to enter. We recommend using the remote control or hand gestures to stop Robera outside the restricted area.
How to Pair the Remote to Robera?
Typically, the remote comes pre-paired from the factory, so there is no need to pair your remote with your Robera Pro unless your current remote is broken, and you need to replace it with a new one.
To pair, press the STOP button and the unlock button on the remote simultaneously for 3 seconds. When the blue light flashes, your Robera will start the pairing process.
Next, turn Robera off and back on. Press the two blue buttons on Robera—the Follow button and the Marching button (on LCD)—simultaneously for 3 seconds. The remote control icon on the LCD will flash, indicating a successful pairing.
Why does my Robera Pro keep switching modes on its own?
There are two likely causes. First, the remote may have lost its pairing connection — when that happens, the Robera AI golf caddy defaults to remote control mode automatically. Second, if another person walks within 3 meters of the camera, the caddy can lock onto them instead of you.
To prevent this, make sure your remote is fully paired before each round, and stay within 3 meters of the caddy when activating Follow mode. If the problem persists, restart the device and re-pair the remote.

I pressed the Follow button on my remote to summon my Robera Pro, but it didn't respond. What should I do?
The summon function on your Robera AI golf caddy requires you to be within 3 meters of its front camera. If you're standing further away, the Robera Pro electrical golf caddy cannot detect the Follow command — simply move closer and press the button again.
If it still doesn't respond after closing the distance, your firmware may need an update. This feature was significantly improved in a recent release — keeping your Robera golf caddy on the latest firmware version ensures the best performance.

Why does my Robera Pro Golf Caddy screen show "E20"?
The "E20" error code on your Robera Pro Golf Caddy indicates that there might be an obstruction in front of the camera. To resolve this:Check if the lens has been removed from the camera.Ensure there are no obstructions (e.g., dirt, debris, or objects) blocking the camera's view.
