1. The Design Priority: Seamless Follow Feature
Robera Pro's ultimate goal is to provide a smooth, truly hands-free following experience. To achieve this, we optimized the cart's architecture:
Center of Gravity: We deliberately biased the weight and center of gravity toward the front drive axle.
Result: This design ensures stable, responsive turning and powerful, steady following on flat and gently sloped terrain. Our current success means that on flat courses, you can simply activate Follow Mode and enjoy a completely hands-free round!
2. The Hill Challenge & Engineering Trade-Off
While the front-biased design is fantastic for following, it creates a predictable challenge:
The Problem: When climbing steep hills, the pure Follow Mode can sometimes struggle. This is because maximum traction and pushing power are ideally generated when the weight is shifted toward the rear axle.
The Fix: This isn't a limitation—it's a choice that requires a simple mode switch.
3. The Solution?Switch to Different Working Mode!
To ensure you can easily power up any steep slope on any course, we strongly recommend utilizing one of the Pro’s specialized assisted modes:
1) 🎮 Remote Control Mode: When you encounter a challenging incline, simply switch to Remote Control. This gives you full, direct power and immediate steering control, allowing you to drive the cart up the steepest sections with precision.
2) 🚶♂️ Speed Control Mode (Use Your Comfortable Speed): This mode uses the motor to actively assist you in pushing the cart uphill. You set a comfortable speed, and the Robera Pro maintains that controlled, motorized pace, providing all the needed momentum without requiring you to manage the follow feature.
